Falcon Equipment is currently seeking a Service Administrator to be based out of our busy Regina, SK Branch. The extraordinary candidate will be warm and welcoming both in person and through the telephone lines, have over-the-top organizational skills and will thrive at being an integral part of a busy branch and customer-service based atmosphere. They will have no problem taking on any task (no matter how boring and mundane) with a smile and cheery can-do attitude.
The Service Administrator is directly responsible for performing data entry and related duties in preparing and completing parts and service transactions as well as all safety documentation. This includes purchase orders, service work orders, parts requisitions, incident reporting, certifications and resolving customer and account irregularities. The Service Administrator position involves diplomatic interaction with customers over the phone and in person as well as provides service and parts information, administration and support.
Requirements:
- Three (3) years of related experience in a similar industry with an emphasis on administration and customer service
- Service and parts experience would be a definite asset
- Superior computer skills with Outlook, Word and Excel
- Proven organizational and time management skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Superior communication skills – both written and verbal
- Must be resourceful and flexible with the ability to work well under pressure and maintain an extremely strong attention to detail
- Able to deal with people tactfully and professionally at all times
- Ability to analyze and interpret the needs of internal/external customers and offer appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude is a must
